Jerry is the founder of HAMCON Colorado, Inc. and was General Chairman of the 2003 and 2006 ARRL Rocky Mountain Division Conventions in Estes Park.  He was also the founder of the Inland Empire Council of Amateur Radio Organizations (Calif), Former Section Communications Manager and Section Emergency Coordinator of the ARRL Orange Section (Calif).  A Life member of ARRL, Jerry is the Director of Transcontinental Corps (TCC) Pacific Area Cycle 4 (CW) of the National Traffic System.  He serves as Professor for California State University's on-line Bachelors and Master Degree programs for Quality Assurance Engineering and also teaches courses at DeVry University in Colorado Springs for graduate degrees in Project Management.

Jerry serves on the Colorado Section Cabinet as an advisor to the Section Manager for activities and issues in Colorado Springs and southeastern Colorado.
