Jerry serves on the Colorado Section Cabinet providing methods for ensuring Amateur Radio information is effectively disseminated to the League members throughout Colorado.  Originally created to copy ARRL bulletins from W1AW and use Amateur Radio nets to relay  information, the position evolved to include a vast network of information outlets including nets, email, web pages, and US Mail to keep in touch with the Amateur Community.  

The League announced in  2003 that since members have direct access to League bulletins, this position would be phased out.  Each incumbent Section Bulletin Manager may continue to serve at the discretion of the SM but no new Bulletin Managers will be appointed.   As Colorado's 'last' Bulletin Manager, Jerry has served his fellow hams for over ten years.
