Glenn was licensed in 1952 and Karen in 1978.  Both hold Extra class licenses. They met on 6 meters and married in 1983.  They organized the Mile Hi VE Team and gave their first exams in February of 1985.  The team is still active, giving monthly exams in Denver. They have also served as Colorado's OOC for over 20 years.  Their primary radio interests are DX and Six Meters.

As the Section's Official Observer Coordinators, Karen and Glenn are responsible for supervising the maintenance monitoring work of the section Official Observers, and for coordinating special Amateur Auxiliary efforts with Headquarters and the SM.
